The purpose of our Children's Ministry is to lead children into a growing relationship with Jesus by teaching God's word in a way that is engaging and age-appropriate.
We envision a ministry where:
- Children encounter Jesus
- Faith is built early and strengthened through biblical teachings and prayer
- To Be Like Jesus
Youth Ministry
Christ For All Youth: Global Youth Empowerment
Purpose: Be Like Jesus, Make Jesus known
Scriptures:
- To Be Christ-like Ephesians 5:1, 1 Corinthians 11:1,
- To make Jesus known Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16: 15-18
- To know the purpose and will of God- 2 Timothy 3:16-7, Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 12:1-2, Hebrews 12:1-2
Objective:
- Unite youths in the USA, Guam, Pohnpei, to know Jesus.
- Teach Bible studies to encourage a lifestyle of imitating Jesus.
- Teach youth to know how to pray habitually.
- Inspire living like Jesus through bible studies, prayer groups, local youth group implementations, and global youth bible studies.
- Emphasize identify in Christ, Who God is, leadership qualities, and characters of a Child of God
Global Perspective and Activities
- Mobilize and implement a yearly youth camp for ages 12 and older.
- Emphasis on knowing who we are and who God is through weekly bible studies (Friday nights)
- Practice prayer as a lifestyle, through monthly overnight prayers and daily personal prayer times.
- Encourage daily relationship with the Word evidenced in the sharing of quiet time revelations (Scripture read, and revelation received), and prayer request sharing.
- Empower youths through relationships, connections, daily encouragements, outreach, and compassionate encounters with each other.
Local Perspectives and activities
- Each youth group meets weekly.
- Bible reading, prayer, encouragement, building relationships.
- Practice memorizing scriptures and sharing insights form the word.
- Bond and empower local youths to become like Jesus.

The Christ for All Youth: Global Youth Empowerment group was created to teach young teens, young adults, and adolescence youth to know who they are as a child of God, who God is as their Father, and how to build a lifestyle that imitates Jesus, and make Jesus known wherever they are.
Women's Ministry
Women's Ministry
Our vision is to raise women who love God wholeheartedly, live anchored in His Word, and impact their families, Church, and community.
Through prayer, biblical teachings, discipleship, and fellowship to help women deepen their faith, discover God-given identity, and walk boldly in His calling for their lives.
We envision a ministry where:
- Women are rooted in scripture and guided by prayer
- Movement of the Holy Spirit to flow in our daily walk
- Increase in prayer and time in secret place
- Women are equipped to serve
By the leading of the Holy Spirit, we believe God is building a community of women who reflect His Grace, walk in His truth, and shine His light wherever they go.
Men's Ministry
Men's Ministry
Men's Ministry is to equip and encourage men to grow in their relationship with God and to live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.
We exist to help men develop spiritual maturity, godly character, and a heart of service in their homes, Church, workplace, and community. Through biblical teachings, prayer, accountability, and fellowship, we aim to strengthen men to lead with integrity, humility, and love, reflecting Christ in every area of life.
We envision a ministry where:
- Men are equipped to lead spiritually in their homes and church
- Men pursue God wholeheartedly
- Grow in prayer to fight spiritually and win
- Character is shaped by biblical teachings and obedience to Christ
- Men serve faithfully and to influence the next generation to become a forge for Christ
Led by the Holy Spirit God is building men to walk in righteousness, fight in victory, and lead lives that honor Him.

SPIRITUAL GUIDELINES:
1. Be a born-again believer of Jesus Christ (John 3:7)

3. Live a life worthy of the calling received (Ephesians 4:1)

VOCALISTS AND MUSICIANS GUIDELINES (1 Chronicles 15:22):
1. Vocalists must be able to sing on pitch and display confident stage presence. Musicians should be highly skilled and proficient at reading chord charts.
2. Lead Vocalists must have strong solo potential to vocally lead a song, transition between songs and be led by the Spirit to speak the truth boldly in the power of the Lord.
3. Musicians must know, practice and perform their skills - chords, tempo, time, progressions, etc.
4. Musicians must work together in humility with Worship Leader or Song Leader.
5. Worship with your tithes and offering and commit to daily prayer and devotion with the Lord.
6. Take time to practice outside of scheduled rehearsals.
7. Receive candid musical direction on an individual and group basis.
8. Be prompt to all scheduled practice, events and rehearsals. Poor attendance and showing up late for rehearsals demonstrate a lack of discipline and respect for the Lord’s ministry.
DRESS CODE (2 Chronicles 5:12)
1. Be careful not to bring attention to yourself by your wardrobe.
2. Shorts, spaghetti straps, clingy material (tight tops or bottoms), low-cut blouses, skirts that are shorter than the bottom of the calf, tank or tube tops, too much bling, large writing on shirt, and sleeveless or backless blouses are some examples of clothing that are not acceptable for platform ministry.
3. Eliminate excessive jewelry.
4. Hats should not be worn while ministering from the platform.
5. Shoes should be worn while ministering from the platform.
6. Levites always put on their garments to reflect standard.
7. Always wear appropriate attire for services and meetings.
